Eclectic Tuscan Villa
Camarillo, CA
From the outside, this intimate location's iconic Tuscan architecture serves as the perfect backdrop overlooking the city of Camarillo. The inside adjoining rooms and lounge areas preserve that rustic essence - but what really sets this space apart is the feeling you get when you walk into one of the rooms. Equipped with an Old English style pub, a stunning renaissance library, aristocratic victorian bathrooms, medieval wine cellar tasting room, modern indoor theatre, and a stunning outdoor dining area resembling an intimate European bistro-style courtyard with a lush backdrop of green groves and olive trees in the distance - this is the space for an all-inclusive film location or the your next experience!
Vast and Diverse Landscape
Walk through various paths that offer intimate, picture-worthy environments. The property is full of diverse landscapes such as Dwarf Red Fescue, large Sycamore, European white birch, Liquid Amber, and California Pepper Trees along with grapevines and 100-year-old olive trees.
Sublime Views
Our upper deck overlooks the beautiful city of Camarillo and our European-Style Bistro Cafe located on the lower-level courtyard is adjacent to a vineyard and just a hop and a step away from a long grove of olive trees that canopy the path beneath.
Character and Charm
Overlooking a vineyard through beveled glass, the Old English Pub has both character and European charm. Enter through the etched glass entry doors into a different time. Equipped with a copper panel ceiling, stained glass chandelier, reversible bar/poker table, dart board, step-down bar, and beer steins that encircle the room - this room has everything and more to offer.
Rooms full of atmosphere
The beautiful Italian Renaissance-style library is equipped with hand-picked books, stunning renaissance art, a chess table, and a sun-soaked day bed.
Stunning Architecture and Design
Aside from the stunning traditional Tuscan style architecture, gorgeous artwork, abundance of Victorian tufted leather sofas, and vintage Renaissance bar stools - our Great Room is equipped with a wrap-around bar, pool table, a stone walk-in fireplace with a rod iron cauldron, and crane, and an antique self-playing scroll piano.
Rich History
Inspired by classic architecture from Venice, Italy - the dining room boasts walnut parquet flooring with inlaid maple marquetry, Knotty Alder doors, a custom wood planked and beamed ceiling, all graced with antique wood furniture and a stunning view into a private courtyard with a high privacy wall, balcony with hoist, coffee/bar serving cubicle, and a unique replica of the Boca Della Verita from Rome, as made famous by the movie "Roman Holiday" with Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn.
Hand Built
The downstairs wine room was once a wine cellar. It has since been converted into a Venetian-style dining room with custom paint and antique decor. The room hosts a thermal glass door with a hammered rod-iron grape design, tumbled French limestone flooring, and a rectangular groin vaulted ceiling. The next room over is our Wine Production Room which provides access back outside in our European-style bistro courtyard area.
Experiences
With stunning views and plenty of outdoor space, you’re bound to have a one-of-a-kind experience.
We have a main deck that seats approximately 45 guests and overlooks the city, as well as a lower level terrace reminiscent of an Italian cafe with grapevines and sublime Southern California sunsets within view.
